东北地区野豌豆属物种生物学研究Ⅸ──种子游离氨基酸分析

摘　　要：本文对东北地区野豌豆植物２２个居群的种子游离氨基酸进行了比较研究．结果发现种子游离氨基酸，特别是非蛋白氨基酸，在种内居群间发生一定程度的变异，但这种变异似乎与染色体数目和结构变化没有明显的相关性．另外，北野豌豆和柳叶野豌豆具有相似的氨基酸变异式样，明显不同于该组其它种类．It was investigated that for amino acids in seeds of Vicia L. varied at inter -and infra -species. The results were as follows: On the population level , free amino acids, especiallynon-protein amino acids showed some extent disjunctive distribution with species . Comparing kinds of free amino acids between infraspecies cytotypes , it was discovered that their synthetize and accumulation seem to be not related with variation of number and structure of chromosomes.
