摘　　要：目的:筛选出蝉拟青霉多糖中的活性组分。方法:体外培养小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16,观察各多糖组分及其刺激脾细胞上清液对B16细胞的抑制作用。结果:经蝉拟青霉多糖组分PcPSA和PcPSB刺激的脾细胞上清液具有抑制B16细胞的作用。结论:经体外培养的B16细胞的抑制试验筛选出2个活性多糖组分PcPSA和PcPSB。Objective：To screen the active fractions of polysaccharide from Paecilomyces cicadidae （Mique1） Samson. Methods：B16 cells were cultured in vitro, effects of fractions of PcPS and the supernatant liquid of spleen cells treated by fractions of PcPS on B16 cells in vitro were observed. Results： The supernatant liquid of spleen cells of mice treated by PcPSA or PcPSB cultured in vitro were suppressive on B16 cells. Conclusion：Two fractions of PcPS, which were PcPSA and PcPSB, were screened out by B16 cell inhibitory experiment in vitro.
