摘 要:Nanometer aluminum nitride powder with purity higher than 98wt% and diameter in the range of 5-80nm has been obtained by microwave heating using α-Al2O3、Al(OH)3、 colloidal Al(OH)3 as the source for aluminum, and phenolformaldehyde resin, char, nanometer carbon black powder as the source for carbon, respectively.
