Study on the Crystallinity of ZGDMP and the Catalytic Activities of ZGDMP-Pd Catalysts for Hydrogenation

摘  要:首次制得不同结晶度的晶态、半晶态和无定形甘氨酸-N·N-双亚甲基膦酸锆(ZGDMP)载体和相应的钯催化剂ZGDMP-PD,用IR、XRD、XPS对它们进行了表征.测定了三种催化剂在常压下进行加氢反应的催化活性.发现无定形载体钯催化剂分别比晶态和半晶态钯催化剂活性高3.1倍和1.9倍.晶态和半晶态钯催化剂低活性是由于络合Pd前后层间距无变化,催化剂中的Pd只在载体表面络合,载体层间内部的甘氨酸基团对组合和催化作用没有贡献。Crystalline, semicrystalline and amorphous catalyst supports ZGDMP (zirconium glycine-N·N-dimethylphosphonate) and their corresponding c-ZGDMP-Pd, s-ZGDMP-Pd, a-ZGDMP-Pd catalysts were prepared and characterized by IR、 XRD、XPS for the first time. The catalytic activity of these Pd catalysts for hydrogenationunder atmospheric pressure were also studied. It was discovered that the activity of a-ZGDMP-Pd is 3.1 times as high that of c-ZGDMP-Pd catalyst and 1.9 times as thatof s-ZGDMP-Pd for hydrogenation. The lower catalytic activity of c-ZGDMP-Pd ands-ZGDMP-Pd is due to no changes of the interlayer distance between the support and thecorresponding Pd catalysts, Pd undergoes complexation only on the surface of the supportin the catalysts, the glycine groups in the inner layers of the support have no contributionto the complexation and catalytic effects.
