针刺手厥阴心包经穴对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织ATP、ADP和AMP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺心包经穴对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中心肌组织ATP、ADP和AMP含量的影响。方法:电针大鼠心包经穴位20分钟后,结扎冠状动脉左前降支40分钟,心电图(ECG)监测,再电针穴位20分钟,松扎,恢复灌流60分钟,摘取心脏,取心尖部心室肌。高效液相色谱仪检测心肌组织匀浆中3种物质的含量。结果:模型组ATP含量明显降低,而ADP和AMP含量显著升高;针刺心包经穴组ATP含量升高,ADP和AMP含量明显减少,与模型组比较均有显著或非常显著意义(P＜0．05,或P＜0．01)。结论:针刺手厥阴心包经穴可明显改变ATP、ADP和AMP含量,保护心肌的有氧代谢,降低氧自由基的产生,从而有效地保护心肌细胞。Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncturing pericardium channel points on ATP,ADP and AMP in rat's myocardinm during ischemia reperfusion.Methods:Acupuncturing rat's pericardium channal points for 20 minutes,ligaturing the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery for 40 minutes,monitoring changes of ECG,then acupuncturing points for 20 minutes again,refusing for 60 minutes,taking 0.2g myocar- dial tissue to process into homogenate,ATP,ADP and AMP contents were determined by HPLC. Results:ATP content of myocardial tissue were obviously lowed in model,ADP and AMP contents were obviously devated,ATP content in acu- punctuire group were elevated and ADP and AMP contents reduced,there were significant differerene between acupuncture and model groups. Conclusion:Acupuncturing pericardium channel points can effectively protect myocardial cell by regulating the contenits of ATP,ADP and AMP.
