痹肿消汤对胶原性关节炎大鼠滑膜AnnexinⅠ、Annexin V表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察痹肿消汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜AnnexinⅠ、AnnexinⅤ表达的影响,探讨痹肿消汤治疗RA的作用机制。方法:70只SD大鼠随机分为3组,皮下注射牛Ⅱ型胶原与完全弗氏佐刺诱导SD大鼠实验性关节炎,Western blotting方法检测各组不同时间点大鼠滑膜组织AnnexinⅠ、AnnexinⅤ的表达。结果:造模大鼠88%出现关节炎症状;造模25天后,模型组AnnexinⅠ、AnnexinⅤ表达水平明显低于正常组(P＜0．05);痹肿消汤组AnnexinⅠ、AnnexinⅤ表达高于模型组(P＜0．01);随着时间延长,模型组AnnexinⅠ、Annexin水平逐渐降低,痹肿消汤组则逐渐增强。结论:AnnexinⅠ、Annexin在RA滑膜组织炎症形成和发展中发挥着重要作用;痹肿消汤通过上调滑膜AnnexinⅠ和Annexin表达水平发挥作用。Objective:To observe the effects d bizhongxiao decoction on the annexinⅠand annexin V expression in the synovial tissue of collagen-in- duced arthritis(CIA).Methods:The experiment arthritis model was established by subcutaneous injectingⅡcollagen and complete Freunds adjuvant.The expression of annexinⅠand annexin V was detected with western blotting in different time. Results:The incidence d arthritis in the rats was approximate 88%.The expression of annexinⅠand annexin V in the model grup was notably lower than that in the normal group in the different time,and down-regulated step by step,but those in the bizhongxiao group were signifi- cantly higher than those in the model guroup.Conclusion:AnnexinⅠand annexin V play a very important role in the formation and develop- ment of RA.Bizhong xiao decocfion has an affect on the treatment of RA by notably up-regulating the expression of annexinⅠand annexin V in the synovial tissue.
