葛根素对实验性代谢综合征大鼠血脂影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素对实验性代谢综合征大鼠血脂的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠10%果糖水喂养6周建立MS模型,腹腔注射葛根素高剂量(100mg/kg)和低剂量(50mg/kg),同时灌胃给予二甲双胍作阳性对照。6周后,检测口服葡萄糖耐量、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和游离脂肪酸含量。结果:葛根素高剂量组与模型组比较,口服葡萄糖耐量明显升高(P＜0．01),甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高(P＜0．05);低剂量与模型组比较,游离脂肪酸明显降低。结论:葛根素对果糖诱导的代谢综合征大鼠血脂紊乱有改善作用。Objective:To observe the effects of puerarin on blood-lipid in rats with metabobic sydrome(MS).Method:The MS models were established by feeding 10% fructose water for 6 weeks,Intra-abdominal high puerarin dose(100mg/kg),low puerarin dose (50mg/kg)and inter-gastric dimethylbiguanide as positive control were observed for 6 weeks,OGTT,T-CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and FFA were tested as indexes.. Results:Compared with model group,high puerarin dose increased OGTT and HDL-C level and decreased TC,TG and LDL-contents,low dose puerarin decreased OGIT and FFA.Conclusion:Puerarin can improve blood-lipid of MS rat induced by fructose.Its effect is better than that of Oimethylbiguanide.
