摘  要:目的:了解骨延长区假性生长板及其成骨方式的组织学特点。方法:新西兰白兔造成左胫骨中段骨延长模型。定期取材,石蜡包埋,纵向切片,HE及饱和苦味酸天狼星红染色,普通光镜及偏光显微镜观察。结果:骨延长区假性生长板内见大量的成纤维样间充质细胞,这些间充质细胞不断地分化为成纤维细胞、成骨细胞和成软骨细胞,而后形成新骨组织。结论:骨延长区假性生长板由成纤维样间充质细胞构成,其成骨方式有:(1)膜内成骨;(2)软骨内成骨;(3)纤维内成骨3种方式。Objective: To study the histological characteristics of osteoblast mode of pseudo growth plate in bone lengthening area. Methods:The model of bone lengthening was made in the middle piece of left tibia of New Zealand rabbits. The samples of tissues were collected from the lengthening area at different times. The samples were embedded by paraffin, sliced and stained with HE and saturated picricacid- sirius red. Then the slices were observed under light and polarized microscope. Results:There were a lot of fibroblast - like mesenchymal cells in the pseudo growth plate in the bone lengthening area. The fibroblast - like mesenchymal cells developed consecutively fibroblasts, osteoblasts and chondroblasts. At last, the new bone was formed. Conclusion: The pseudo plate in the bone lengthening area consists of fihroblast - like mesnchymal cells, and there are three kinds of osteoblast mode, i.e. intramembranous ossification, endochondral ossification and endofibra ossification.
