青蒿琥酯对S180实体瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究青蒿琥酯的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法:每只小鼠腋窝皮下接种1∶10S-180细胞悬液0.2ml,24h后每天给予腹腔注射不同剂量青蒿琥酯,连续10d。结果:实验表明,腹腔注射100mg/(kg·d)、150mg/(kg·d)和200mg/(kg·d)对S-180具有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为19.10%、28.30%和31.80%。结论:青蒿酯在体内具有抗小鼠S180实体肿瘤作用。Objective：To study the antitumor effects of artesunate on S180 solid tumor in mice. Methods： Each mouse received 0. 2 ml S180 cell suspension（about 1×107 cells）by subcutaneous injection at the mouse axilla. 24 h later, all of the animals were given artesunate（several doses） by intraperitoneal injection, one time every day for ten days. In the 11th day, the mice were killed. And then the tumor clumps were taken out and weighed. Results： It was showed that artesunate performed significant antitumor effects on S180 solid tumor at the dose of 100 mg/（kg·d）, 150 mg/（kg·d）and 200 mg/（kg·d）, and the antitumor rate were 19. 10%, 28. 30% and 31.80 %, respectively. Conclusion： artesunate has anti S180 solid tumor activities in vivo.
