摘  要:以15年生实生木麻黄Casuarina equisetifolia根系浸提液为他感作用物,采用水培方法研究其不同质量分数对木麻黄苗木叶绿素和糖类的影响。结果表明,木麻黄苗木的叶绿素质量分数随木麻黄根浸液质量分数增大而减少,叶绿素a下降幅度大于叶绿素b。高质量分数根浸液作用下,木麻黄苗木叶绿素受到显著影响,而且主要表现在叶绿素a上。木麻黄幼苗的根、茎和叶中碳质量分数和积累量在木麻黄根浸液作用下不断下降。木麻黄根浸液作用下木麻黄苗木根和茎可溶性糖、还原糖和蔗糖质量分数增加。木麻黄根浸液质量分数<50 g.kg-1时,木麻黄苗木叶可溶性糖、还原糖和蔗糖质量分数随根浸液质量分数增大而增加,当木麻黄根浸液质量分数为50 g.kg-1时,木麻黄苗木叶中可溶性糖、还原糖和蔗糖达到最大,然后随木麻黄根浸液质量分数继续增大而不断下降。Self-allelopathy with Casuarina equisetifolia was studied using a water culture with extracts from 15-yearold C. equisetifolia roots having concentration of 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 g·kg^-1 to culture C. equisetifolia seedlings. The change of two chlorophyll and carbohydrate contents in the seedlings were measured. Results showed that with an increasing concentration of the water extract from C. equisetifolia roots, chlorophyll content from C. equisetifolia seedlings decreased stately, more with chlorophyll a than chlorophyll b. Also, with increasing concentrations, carbohydrate accumulation in C. equisetifolia seedlings gradually declined; whereas in the roots, leaves and stems, the content of soluble sugars, reducing sugars, and sucrose increased. For leaves, when concentrations were less than 50 g·kg^-1, these three sugars increased with an increasing concentration of the water extract; however, when greater than 50 g·kg^-1, they gradually decreased.
