摘  要:研究了吗啡、可待因、O3单乙酰吗啡和海洛因等生物碱在多聚磷酸介质中与高锰酸钾的发光行为和光谱现象、建立了反相高效液相色谱化学发光检测吸毒者尿液和鸦片中吗啡、可待因等物质的方法。方法的检出限吗啡为1.0×10-13g/L,可待因为1.0×10-9g/L,O3-单乙酰吗啡为1.0×10-11g/L,海洛因为1.0×10-10g/L,相对标准偏差均低于1.8%(n=11,最d低可测浓度)对于经酸解(尿样再经有机溶剂提取)的样品中吗啡、可待因等生物碱测定的回收率均为95%~98%。Chemiluminescence behavior of the reaction of potassium permangabate inployphosphoric acid medium with a series of alkaloids. includinng morphine, codeine wasstudied . A novel method for determination of these alkaloids in urine of `drug addicts and in opium was established using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography withchemiluminescence detection The detection limit for morphine is 1. 0 × 1013 g/L,. forcodeine 1.0×109 g/L. for O3-monoacetylmorphine 1. 0× 10 11 g/L and for heroin 1.0×1010g/L. The relative standard devviation for minimum detectable concentration of these' al kaloids was below 1. 8 %. The recovery in various samples was between 95% and 98%. Thepresent method has been successfully applied to clinical analysis.
