摘  要:本文研究成功了10~80μg范围的寡精甲基化分析方法。用该方法并与快原子轰击质谱相结合,给出了魔芋葡甘多糖酶解后二糖、三精异构体的结构。Micro methylation analysis of oligosaccharides in the range of 10~800644g was carried out using NaOH powder as catalyst and Glcβ1→4Glc, Galα1→4Gal and Galβ14Glc3←1βGFuc as samples. Results agreed with the structural information of known di-and trisaccharides. Structures of disaccharide isomers F2, F3 and trisaccharide isomers F4, F5,F6 from enzymatic hydrolysates of konjak glucomannan, separated hy low pressure liquid chromatography, were determined by micro methylation analysis and fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry. The sugar sequence and glycosidic linkage of F2, F3, F4, F5 and F6 oligosaccharides were given.
