摘　　要：大型球磨机是水泥厂的关键设备,以振动强度和振动频谱分析为依据,对某水泥厂大型球磨机电机出现运行振动大的原因进行振动监测与分析诊断,查明电机前轴承外环损坏是引起故障的主要原因。Large - scale ball mill is an essential equipment for a cement plant. In view of this point, takes the intensity of vibration and the analysis of vibration spectrum as the basis, and then, the vibration monitoring and analysis diagnosis are carried out on the causes of strong vibration of large - scale ball mill working engine in a cement plant. It is found that the main cause of the fault is the damage to the outer ring of the engine front bearing.
