摘　　要：糖蛋白分子中糖链的结构与功能愈来愈受到关注。传统的分离分析方法高效液相色谱在糖蛋白结构分析中的应用受到限制。毛细管电泳作为一个快速、高效、高分辨、高灵敏度的方法，在糖蛋白的分析中有着广泛的应用和前景。The sturcture and function of carbohydrate in glycoprotein attracts much attention nowadays. The routine separation and analytical method such as high per formance liquid chromatography is limited in the analysis of glycoprotein. The high performance capillary electrophoresis has wide prospects for the analysis of glycoprotein.
