摘　　要：Production and sales statistics are critical to the development of the automobile industry. However, statistics for the domestic special purpose vehicle industry have been biased, which is a hurdle to effectively playing its guiding role in the industry’s development. It is suggested that organizations in charge at the national level pay much more attention to automobile industry statistics and decentralize their statistics role to professional industry institutes and associations.Production and sales statistics are critical to the development of the automobile industry.
