妇康片治疗更年期功能性子宫出血新探

摘　　要：目的通过改进服药方法使传统药物妇康片在治疗更年期功能性子宫出血中达到最佳效果。方法对照组,将32例更年期功能性子宫出血的患者按传统的方法给予妇康片2.5mg,1次/8h,止血后逐渐减量至2.5mg,1次/d维持,直至20d;治疗组,同期治疗的32例患者,给予中等剂量的妇康片10mg,每晚睡前空腹1次顿服,连服20d,按月经周期缓慢减量,直至停药后阴道出血少于正常月经,1周内血止即可停药。结果通过两组用同一种药物不同疗法的比较,发现治疗组在止血时间、突破性出血的发生率上均明显优于对照组。结论中等剂量的妇康片一次顿服治疗更年期功能性子宫出血在止血、控制月经周期上效果明显,不失为一种新的治疗方法。Objective： To have the best effect of norethindrone for dysfunational uterine bleeding of climacteric by improving the way of taking medicine. Methods： 32 cases took 2. 5 mg every 8 hours and decresed the dosage slowly to 2. 5 mg per day until 20 days （ contrast group）. The other 32 cases in the same time took middle dosage 10 mg per night for 20 days, and decreased the dosage slowly and periodically until the quantity of vaginal bleeding was less than that of general menstruation and the bleeding stopped within 7days （ therapy group） . Results： The significant difference between two groups was in time of stopping bleeding and the rate of breakthrough bleeding. Conclusion ： Taking the middle dosage of norethindronc at one time has prominent effect on stopping bleeding and controlling menstrum period, so it is a new and effective therapy method.
