预防腹腔镜治疗急性腹腔内出血副损伤的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗急性腹腔内出血副损伤的预防措施。方法:回顾性分析496例妇科急性腹腔内出血腹腔镜手术有关资料。结果:输卵管妊娠463例、卵巢妊娠8例、黄体破裂18例、出血性输卵管炎7例,均痊愈出院,无误伤及死亡病例发生。结论:选择优良的设备,组成经验丰富的固定手术班子,术前充分准备,术中规范操作,腹腔镜治疗急性腹腔内出血是安全可行的,术中出血、盆腔脏器副损伤是可以预防的。Objective： To investigate how to avoid accidental injury about the treatment of acute intra - abdominal hemorrhage in laparoscopy. Methods： 496 case of laparoscopic operation about women with acute intra - abdominal hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Tubal pregnancy were 463 cases, ovarian pregnancy were 8 cases, rupture of corpus luteum were 18 cases, hemorrhagic salpingitis were 7 cases. Patients above were all recovery, and there were no accidental injury and death cases. Conclusion： To choose the favorable equipment, buildup the seasoned and fastness operation group, get ready well before the operation, and operate normative, then the treatment of acute intra - abdominal hemorrhage in laparoscopy is safety and feasible, it would prevent accidental injury for the pelvic organs and bleeding in operation.
