摘　　要：目的:探讨病毒性心肌炎患儿血清白介素-10(IL-10)的表达水平及其意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验ELISA法检测62例住院病毒性心肌炎患儿及40例正常对照儿童血清中IL-10的表达水平。结果:观察组中非死亡组患儿血清IL-10含量明显低于对照组患儿,观察组中死亡组患儿血清IL-10含量明显高于对照组及非死亡组患儿,均有显著性差异。结论:IL-10在病毒性心肌炎的发生发展和治疗中具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the changes of serum IL - 10 in children with viral myocarditis. Methods： 62 cases of serum were obtained from inpatients of viral myocarditis, and 40 cases from healthy children as control. The level of IL - 10 was detected by Enzyme -linked immunoadsordent assay （ELISA） . Results： In 59 cases of the observing group, the average level of IL - 10 in serum of children was much lower than that in serum from normal children. Other 3 cases of the observing group which had been dead was much higher than that in serum from normal children. Conclusion： IL- 10 play an important role in viral myocarditis.
