摘　　要：目的探讨未婚先孕女性心理健康状况。方法对41例未婚先孕女性(研究组)与41例已婚孕妇(对照组)采用自拟性生活调查问卷、症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行心理健康状况评定分析。结果研究组87.8%感到有明显精神压力,人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、偏执等因子分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论未婚先孕对女性的身心健康有较大的影响,应引起有关方面的重视。Objective To investigate the mental healthy status of unmarried pregnant women. Methods 41 unmarried pregnant women（study group） and 41 mar-ried pregnant women were tested with self-designed sexual life questionnaire, symptom checklist-90（SCL- 90）, self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）, the results were analyzed. Re- sults 87.8% women of study group felt obvious mental stress, their scores of interpersonal relationship sensitiveness, anxiety, depression and paranoid were significant higher than the controlls＇ （P〈0.05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion Unmarried pregnancy has major effects on the women＇s physical and mental health, which should be paid attention to.
