摘  要:本文报道从小叶黑柴胡(Bupleurum Smithii Wolff Var.Parvitolium Shan et Y.Li)分离出的一种新皂苷,应用COSY,CH-COSY,TOCSY,HMQC-COSY,HMBC等NMR方法对其结构进行了研究,确定该化合物为3β,16β,23,28-四羟基齐墩果烷-11,13(18)-二烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1).命名为柴胡皂苷O(Saikosapnin O).Saikosaponin O was isolated from Bupleutum smithii Wolff var. parvifolium Shan et Y. Li. Its structure was determinated by NMR methods. From TOCSY and DQF - COSY spectra, the residues of monosaccharides and all their assignments were acquired. The anomeric configurations were obtained by 3JH1 H2 . The HMQC - COSY spectrum wasused successfully for13 C assignment since it was difficult to do it only by CH - COSY spectrum. All the glucosidic linkages were obtained from HMBC spectrum based on the 1H and 13C assignments NOESY spectrum also gave the concordant result about the configurations and the linkage positions.
