以组团式同核城市群构建宁夏的三个大城市——宁夏沿黄城市群基本构想研究

摘　　要：本文以组团式城市群理论,研究了宁夏沿黄城市群发展问题。通过对宁夏沿黄各城市发展的定位分析,提出了宁夏城镇体系的“3+2”发展模式,认为:宁夏城市经济在短期内很难实现企业的大规模集聚和城市的大规模扩大,尤其是吴忠、青铜峡、石嘴山三市将发展目标定位于中等城市,不如以组合式大城市为目标更为合理。以同核型、组团式城市群形成大银川市、大吴忠市和大石嘴山市三个大城市,加快相邻城市的一体化步伐;同时,关注中卫市和固原市与周边城镇和区域的经济联系,应该是宁夏城市化重要的政策选择。近期沿黄城市群建设能够取得突破的是三个组合式大城市建设。With the theory of combined city groups, this paper studies the problems of developing city groups along the Yellow River. Through the evaluating analysis on the cities development along the Yellow River in Ningxia, the writer puts forward ＂3 ＋ 2＂ devdoping mode of the town system of Ningxia, and thinks that the city economy of Ningxia can hardly carry out large - scale gathering of the business enterprises and large - scale city extension during short rime, especially Wuzhong, Qingtongxia and Shizuishan which will fix their targets on the middle - sized cities, and bet/eves that it is more reasonable for them to combine into big dries and become three big dries of Yinchuan, Wuzhong and Shizuishan in the form of combined city groups. At the same time, paying attention to the economic contact between Zhongwei City and Guyuan city and peripheral towns of the districts should be the impertant policy choice to realize the urhanizarion in Ningxia.
