摘  要:目的探讨飞行条件对飞行员血清中脂联素、瘦素含量的影响及其与飞行员易患心血管疾病的关系。方法采用RIA(放射免疫法)测定72名飞行后、151名飞行前即刻飞行员及50名正常对照组血清中脂联素和瘦素的含量。结果脂联素和瘦素含量(μg/L)均显示:(1)飞行后组(10.10±7.03,3.12±2.17)较飞行前组(15.46±9.47,3.47±1.15)显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);(2)飞行后组与正常组(8.97±3.49,2.92±1.72)无显著性变化(P>0.05,P>0.05);(3)飞行前组则显著高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论(1)在飞行条件下产生的飞行应激,可刺激交感神经兴奋从而抑制飞行员瘦素和脂联素的合成分泌,造成其含量降低;(2)这两种脂肪激素变化可能是导致飞行员这一特殊人群易患冠心病的另一重要因素。Objective To explore the changes in serum concentrations of adiponcetin and leptin under flight cindition in pilots, and their relationship with cardiovascular diseases. Methods The concentration of adiponcetin and leptin were determined via R1A in 72 pilots as before-flying group, in 151 ones as after-flying group, and in 50 normal people as control group. Results ( 1 ) Both the serum concentrations of adiponcetin and leptin were significantly lower in the after-flying group than in the before-flying group ( P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.05). (2) There were no significant differences in the two cytotine contents between the after-flying group and the normal group. (3) The two cytotine contents in before-flying group sigificanfly increased, when compared with those of normal group. Conclusion The special flying environment causes serum concentrations of adiponcetin and leptin to decrease in pilots. The changes in two cycotine contents contribute to their coronary heart disease.
