木炭基活性炭双电层电容器的电化学性能研究

摘  要:以市售木炭为原材料,采用ZnCl2-CO2联用物理化学活化法制备成活性炭材料,以此活性炭为炭电极材料,6 mol.L-1KOH为电解液,组装成硬币形双电层电容器。用恒流充放电、循环伏安等电化学方法研究实验电容器的电化学性能。结果表明,活化效果显著,能将没有电容特性的普通木炭活化成性能良好的双电层电容器电极材料,适于大电流放电,80 mA放电时质量比电容达161 F.g-1,等效串联内阻为0.4Ω,充放电效率达98%,漏电流为255μA,能量密度达5.6 W.h.Kg-1。Activated carbon samples were prepared by means of ZnCl2-CO2 physical-chemical activation using wood charcoal as precursor. The testing electric double layer capacitors (EDLCs) were assembled using resultant carbons as electrode material and 6 mol·L^-1 KOH as electrolyte. Their electrochemical properties were studied by charge-discharge of constant current and cyclic voltammogram. The results show that the activate effect is remarkable, a good performance electrode material was produced, at the discharge current of 80 mA, the specific capacitance is 161 F·g^-1, the average equivalent series resistance is 0.4Ω, the charge-discharge efficiency is above 98%, and the leakage current is 255μA, energy density is 5.6 W·h·Kg^-1.
