针药并用治疗抑郁症52例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸与中药并用治疗抑郁症的效果。方法将98例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例,采用头皮针、电针(百会、神庭、太冲、内关、关元、足三里、三阴交)配中药逍遥散加味。对照组46例,采用中药逍遥散加味。结果治疗组总有效率为94.23%,对照组总有效率为78.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合中药治疗抑郁症疗效显著。Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on depression. Methods Nintyeight depression patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 52 cases was treated with scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture（ Baihui, Shenting, Taichong, Neiguan, Guanyuan, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao ） plus Chinese medicine, modified Ease Powder and the control group of 46 cases, only with Chinese medicine, modified Ease Power. Results The total efficacy rate was 94.23% in the treatment group and 78.26% in the control group;there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medicine has a marked effect on depression.
