摘  要:目的:观察丹参葡萄糖注射液(丹参)的急性毒性及局部用药毒性。方法:Bliss法测定小鼠及大鼠LD50;家兔耳缘静脉滴注法、体外红细胞悬液致溶血和凝集试验、血管刺激性试验及豚鼠致敏试验观察局部用药毒性。结果:大、小鼠尾静脉注射丹参的LD50分别为27.02g/kg和26.89g/kg,小鼠i.p为36.09g/kg。家兔i.v5d无明显刺激性;豚鼠未见过敏反应;体外不同浓度丹参对家兔红细胞悬液无致溶血及凝集作用。结论:丹参急性毒性很小,无明显局部用药毒性反应。Objective :To observe the acute and topical toxicity of administering Danshen glucose injection(DGI). Methods: LD50 of DGI was determined by Bliss method in rats and mice, and topical toxicity survey was conducted with intravenous drip of rabbit auri-fringe, by vitro red cell suspension haematolysis and agglutination test. Both blood vessel irritation test and cavy sensitization test were employed for this purpose as well. Results :The LD50 of DGI was observed ranging from 26.89 g/kg for i. v to 36.09 g/kg for i. p in mice, and that of i.v. 27.02 g/kg was seen in rats. There was no obvious irritation with rabbits in a session of 5-day i.v. or allergic response with envy. The results also revealed that concentration variation of DGI produced no effect on haematolysis and agglutination of red cell suspension in vitro. Conclusion: The findings suggest that DGI will produce less acute toxicity with no topical toxic reaction.
