摘 要:为了提高在役大型油罐的安全性能,分析了大型油罐发生疲劳破坏的主要根源是大角焊缝区域的应力集中,并介绍了一种新的模拟底板与基础相互作用的有限元计算模型和计算底板应力的数值方法。给出了由基础实测沉降量计算大角焊缝区域峰值应力的详细步骤,以及评定大型油罐剩余寿命的预测方法,为大型油罐的安全评定提供参考。To improve safety performance of large oil storage tanks in - service, it is supposed that fatigue failures mainly result from the stress concentration of shell- to- bottom fillet welds. Then, a new finite element computation model for the simulation of the interaction between bottom plates and foundation was introduced. Also, the stress numerical computing method of bottom plates was given. Based on this method, the detailed steps of computing the peak stress of shell - to - bottom fillet welds from the testing values of foundation settlements can be obtained, and the residual life of large oil storage tank can also be calculated, which provide a reference for safety assessment of large oil storage tanks.
