摘  要:研究黄芪多糖和益生菌对雏鸡肠道组织形态学的影响。试鸡按体重随机分为4个组,1组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮;2~4组为试验组,饲粮是在基础日粮基础上分别添加黄芪多糖(220mg/kg)、益生菌剂(4×10^7cfu/g)以及“黄芪多糖(220mg/kg)+益生菌剂(4×10^7cfu/g)”(合生元)。试验测定了ANAE阳性细胞率和血清红细胞免疫调节因子活性,结果发现合生元组雏鸡ANAE阳性细胞率均较对照组和黄芪多糖组提高显著(P〈0.05);试验组雏鸡红细胞C3b受体花环促进率均较对照组提高显著(P〈0.05),红细胞C3b受体花环抑制率均降低,但仅42日龄时合生元组差异显著(P〈0.05)。结果表明,黄芪多糖和益生菌组成合生元,极大地增强了机体的细胞免疫功能,特别是T淋巴细胞的作用,显著增强了红细胞CR1的免疫活性,说明该合生元能协同作用,提高机体免疫水平。240 Hy-Line Chicklings were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates (10 Chicklings per replicate) to study the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and profitable microbe (PM) on morphology of intestinal tracts of chicldings. The experiment lasted 6 weeks and the chicklings ingested feed and drank water freely, Group 1 was control group and groups 2, 3 and 4 were experiment groups, which were fed on the basic diet with additives of 220 mg/kg APS, 4×10^7 cfu/g PM and 220 mg/kg APS + 4×10^7cfu/g PM. The activity of ANAE + of T-lymphocyte and erythrocyte-mediated immune factor in serum was measured. The results showed: ANAE + of APS + PM group was both significantly more than that of APS and control group in 21 days and 42 days (P 〈 0.05). RFER of all trial groups were significantly higher than that of the control (P 〈 0.05) and RFIR were decreased, especially significantly of the compounds group in 42 days (P 〈 0.05). The results indicated that the synbiotics composed of APS and PM promoted significantly cell-mediated immunity activity, especially the action of T-lymphocyte increased CR1 immunological competence of erythrocyte. This indicated that this synbiotics could service a cooperative function and improve the immunity level.
