摘 要:用添加光合细菌的饲料喂养草鱼,能够显著加快草鱼的生长发育,降低饵料系数,42d内相对生长率可提高61.7%。同时在第42d测定草鱼肝脏和血清中免疫相关酶的活力。结果表明:用添加光合细菌的饲料喂养草鱼,添加水平在0.0%~2.5%范围时,草鱼肝脏及血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着添加水平的增加而上升。当光合细菌添加水平为3.5%时,免疫相关酶活性均出现下降趋势。光合细菌适宜添加水平为2.5%。The research indicated that the feed with additive of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) could improve the growth of grass carps and reduce the feed conversion rate significantly, after 42 days the relative growth rate was increased by 61.7%. On the 42nd day of the trial, related immune enzyme in liver and serum was measured. The results showed that the feed with additive of 0.0%~2.5% PSB could improve the activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP), acidic phosphatase (ACP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver and serum of grass carps. When 3.5% PSB were added, related immune enzyme trended to decrease. Conclusion: 2.5% PSB was the best addition.
