摘  要:大功率交流永磁同步调速系统以TMS320LF2407A为控制核心、以智能功率模块PM300DSA120为逆变器的主电路元件,以旋转变压器与AD2S80A为反馈元件。由于本系统中电机电流大,对旋转变压器的励磁信号和反馈信号干扰强,故从软、硬件方面作了特殊的处理后实现了AD2S80A的正确解码;对这些处理作了介绍。This paper presented a high power PMSM speed control system based on the resolver for the position feedback device. The system introduced the control component mode mainly up of TMS320LF2407A, the main circuit consisting of Intelligent Power Module PM300DSA120 as the converter and the feedback component composed of a resolver and a resolver-to-digital converter AD'2SSOA. Because of the big current flowed through the motor and the strong disturbance derived from the current to the excited magnet signal and the feedback signal, for AD2S80A's correctly gaining feedback signals and converting its to digital signals, some special measures must be made to overcome the disturbance in software and hardware aspects.
