摘　　要：针对方案偏好信息为序区间形式的群决策问题,提出了一种决策分析方法.首先对具有序区间偏好信息的群决策问题进行了描述;然后依据传统Borda法的基本思路,将序区间偏好信息转化为Borda数值表,根据序区间的特点确定Borda分值计算规则;依据此Borda分值计算规则给出确定每个方案总Borda分值的计算公式,并根据每个方案总Borda分值的大小来进行方案排序;最后,通过一个算例说明了本文给出方法的可行性和有效性.With respect to the group decision making problems with alternative preference information in form of ordinal interval, a method is proposed to analyze the decision making process. Describing such problems and based on the conventional Borda method, the alternative preference information in ordinal interval form are transformed into Borda score table, then the calculating rules of Borda scores are confirmed according to the characteristics of ordinal interval. Thus, a formula is given to calculate the total Borda scores of each and every alternative in compliance with those rules, and all alternatives are ranked according to their total Borda scores. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
