摘  要:为了研究和确定工程机械效益评价指标,评析了机器的最大牵引力、最大牵引功率和单位机重功率等指标,确定了技术经济综合效益评价指标作为评价机器技术经济水平的优化指标。根据自行式工程机械生产率计算特点,推导、建立了由机器的主要结构性能参数、使用条件及行走机构与地面间的牵引附着特性等因素确定的装载机生产率计算数学模型。计算结果表明,该模型能够更加客观、合理地反映机器的技术经济品质。In order to study the appraising indices of the construction machinery efficiency, the largest tractive force, the largest tractive power and the power per machine weight are taken as the united appraising indices of the machine's technical efficiency and economic results. According to the calculating characteristic of the self-propelled construction machinery's productivity, the mathematic model to calculate the wheel loader's productivity is developed, which is made up of the machine's main structure and performance parameters, using conditions and the tractionadhesion characteristic between the walking machinery and the surface of the earth. The reliability coefficient of several statistic models is studied to determine the mechanical design. Hence it can reflect the machines' technical and economic quality more objectively. 1 tab, 10 refs.
