摘　　要：随着医院信息系统的不断深入。以临床信息为主的信息管理系统逐渐成为医院信息系统建设的主流。利用信息系统在信息管理方面的优势，充分挖掘其信息资源，为临床医、教、研提供深层次资料，是临床管理信息系统中必不可少的一部分。为此本文将人工智能中较为成熟的技术——案例推理引入医疗诊断。对其中的关键技术及功能进行了设计。为提高临床的诊疗水平及经验交流提供了一个有效的方法。with the clinical information management system progressed, It is becoming the main stream of the hospital information system. By taken the advantage of the system and exploit its information resources well ,It is becoming an essential part to provide a depth information for clinical medicine, teach and study. This paper introduced Case-based Reasoning, which is the more mature technologies in artificial intelli- gence sphere, into the field of medical diagnose, and designed the key technologies. It is shown that case-based reasoning is an effective way to enhance clinical treatment levels and exchange experiences.
