摘  要:生化药物取材于生物体,包括多肽、多糖、氨基酸等多种活性物质,为加强生化药物质量控制,制订出能鉴别真伪、评价优劣、监控质量稳定性及均一性的质量标准是关键。经科学评价的指纹图谱是目前能有效分析组分复杂的生物药物的先进手段。通过对指纹图谱进行基础性研究,建立科学的检测方法能全面系统地反映出药效组分的整体信息。生化药物指纹图谱研究涉及多学科,具有独创性和新颖性,并具有知识产权,对我国生化药物整体水平提高意义重大。The biochemical drug is obtained from the organism and contains amino acids, polypeptide, polysaccharides and other activity matters. In order to strengthen the quality control of biochemical drugs it is the key that the quality standard should be established for discriminating the fake medicines, evaluating drugs and monitoring the stability and homogenicity of product quality. Fingerprint spectrum is an advanced method analyzing complex componens effectively. Setting up scientific test methods by researching the fingerprint spectrum can reflect the total information of the effective constituents. Fingerprint spectrum of biochemical drug involves many subjects and has the originality, novelty with the independent intellectual property rights. This research is of important significance for increasing the whole level of biochemical drugs in our country.
