摘  要:目的用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC法)测定盐酸奈法唑酮中的有关物质。方法采用Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm),以甲醇-含0.2%三乙胺的0.025 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(75:25)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为250 nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,奈法唑酮与中间体哌嗪、三唑酮分离较好,奈法唑酮的最小检测限为2 ng。结论RP-HPLC法专属性强、准确、简便、快速,可用于奈法唑酮中有关物质的测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of nefazodone. Methods Chromatographic conditions: Hypersil C18 ODS2 column (250 mm 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) as stationary phase, the mobile phase was methanol-0, 025 mol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0. 2% triethylaminer (75:25); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results Good separations for nefazodone and middling piperazine, triadimefon. The minimal detection amount of nefazodone was 2 ng. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and is suitable for the content determination of related substances.
