摘 要:利用重庆市34站月平均气温及降水量资料,定义了区域旱涝指数,采用小波等方法分析了重庆近40余年年及四季旱涝的变化特征。结果表明,文中所采用的区域旱涝指数考虑较为全面,能较好地刻画重庆区域年及各季的旱涝变化特征;重庆旱涝变化有明显的阶段性,不同尺度周期信号在时—频域中的分布具有较强的局部特征。Using the air temperature and precipitation of 34 stations in Chongqing, the regional flood and drought indices have been defined. The variation features of flood and drought of years and four seasons have been analyzed during the past more than 40 years based on some methods including MHF wavelet. The results indicate that the regional flood and drought indices depict obviously the variation features of flood and drought of years and four seasons in Chongqing area. And the obvious features for the variations of flood and drought in Chongqing contain are the development by stages. The signals with different scale have stronger local features in time-frequency distribution.
