低热对血浆蛋白制品中HBV灭活效果的观察

摘　　要：在血浆蛋白制品中加入ＨＢｓＡｇ和ＨＢｅＡｇ均阳性、乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸（ＨＢＶＤＮＡ）颗粒含量为１０８／ｍｌ，ＨＢｓＡｇ颗粒为１０７／ｍｌ的乙肝患者的血清。血清在血浆蛋白制品的浓度分别为０．１％，含ＨＢＶＤＮＡ颗粒１０５／ｍｌ、ＨＢｓＡｇ颗粒１０４／ｍｌ和０．０１％，含ＨＢＶＤＮＡ颗粒１０４／ｍｌ、ＨＢｓＡｇ颗粒１０３／ｍｌ。上述混合液经６０℃、１０ｈ处理后，接种给树。结果树出现ＨＢＶ感染。提示：６０℃加热１０ｈ处理被ＨＢＶ污染的血浆蛋白制品，不能完全灭活ＨＢＶ，其仍具有感染力。The plasma protein products (PPP) were mixed with the patients sera which were positive for HBsAg and HBeAg The actual serum concentrations of HBV DNA and HBsAg were 10 8/ml and 10 7/ml per milliliter respectively The final concentrations of PPP were 0 1% and 0 01% respectively The mixtures were heated at 60℃ for 10 hours,and were then inoculated into the tree shrews The result showed that some of tree shrews were still infected with HBV,which indicated that HBV contaminated PPP could not be completely inactivated by heating at 60℃ for 10 hours
