高频通气膈肌起搏治疗呼吸系疾病的观察

摘　　要：应用高频通气膈肌起搏（ＨＤＰ）治疗呼吸系疾病４０例。结果表明：ＨＤＰ能明显改善慢阻肺（ＣＯＰＤ）和非慢阻肺患者的每分通气量和潮气量，明显改善肺心病患者的氧分压和血氧饱和度。因此，ＨＤＰ对呼吸系疾病的治疗有一定的临床价值。Forty patients with respiratory diseases were treated by high frequency ventilation diaphragm pacing(HDP) The results indicate that HDP can dramatically increase the per minute ventilation volume and tidal volume of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and non COPD It can also significantly increase PaO 2 and SaO 2 of the cor pulmonale patients Therefore,HDP has some clinical value in the treatment of respiratory diseases
