酒精中毒对树鼠句免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：用含３３％的酒精溶液１．５ｍｌ／１００ｇ体重给树灌胃，每天１次，连续２０ｄ。观察酒精中毒对树免疫功能的影响。结果：外周血中性粒细胞吞噬功能显著下降；白细胞移动抑制因子试验的移动抑制指数明显升高。提示酒精中毒抑制全身特异性和非特异性细胞免疫功能。Tree shrews were fed orally with 33% ethanol(1 5ml/100g body weight/day for 20 days) to examine the effect of alcohol intoxication on the immune system.The results showed that alcohol intoxication can significantly decrease the phagocytic rate of the peripheral neutrophils,and increase the migration inhibition index of the leucocyts Our results suggest that alcohol intoxication has an adverse effect on the functions of the specific and nonspecific cellular immunity.
