摘　　要：介绍了环境规划系统的基本内容,探讨了基于G IS的环境规划系统的组成,利用Delph i、MO和SQL Server2000实现了环境规划系统的空间信息和属性信息的存储、可视化查询和修改,并给出了系统功能的具体实现方法。This paper introduces the content of environment plan system and explores the structure of environment plan system based on GIS. Visual query and maintenance of spatial information and attribute data of environment plan system is realized with Delphi, MapObjects and SQL server 2000. At the same way, the interface of environment plan system is given.
