三峡库区城镇土地集约利用研究

摘　　要：以重庆市丰都县为代表研究三峡库区城镇土地集约利用影响因素并分析城镇土地集约利用趋势,为制定合理措施提高城镇土地集约利用水平提供科学依据。研究方法:主成分分析法,综合评价法。(1)丰都县城镇土地集约利用水平主要受经济投入———产出水平和土地闲置率等因素的影响,其中经济投入———产出水平是影响城镇土地集约利用的主要因素。(2)随着对土地集约利用的重视程度的提高,全县土地集约利用水平呈上升趋势。以丰都县为代表的三峡库区城镇土地集约利用水平主要受经济水平、人口密度和人均用地数量等因素的影响,该区城镇土地集约利用水平自1996年以来呈上升趋势,随着经济的持续发展,该地区城镇土地集约利用水平将持续上升。Using Fengdu county of Chongqing Municipality as a specimen, the influencing factors for the intensive use of urban land was studied and its development trend was predicted. The methods used were principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation. The results demonstrated that the intensiveness of urban land use in the study area was mainly influenced by input：output ratio and idle land rate and that it showed a rising trend. It is concluded that the intensiveness of urban land use in the Three - Gorges Reservoir Area is influenced by the level of economic development, population density and percapita land holding, and will rise steadily with the development of the local economy.
