摘　　要：物料输送送广泛应用于产品包装、流水作业、检测等相关行业中,对监控系统的准确性、可靠性,以及自动化水平都有很高的要求。项目根据物料输送系统的实际需要提出了基于PLC和WINCC人机界面软件的硬件结构、控制思想和软件设计。系统已在内蒙古天野化工化肥传输自动控制中使用,整个系统组网方便、运行可靠、达到并满足设计的目的和要求。Materiel transportation system is applied to packing pipelmlng detection etc. it has nigh require in veracity, reliability, and automation level. The paper discusses the survey system of materiel transportation based on PLC and configuration software. The hardware and software structure control philosophy and function of the survey system are presented. The system achieved good effect in Tianye chemical, the entire system can be pretty easily built up, operation reliable,and well meet the design objective and requirement.
