东菱克栓酶治疗血液病并高粘血症(或血栓病)20例分析

摘　　要：目的观察东菱克栓酶治疗血液病合并高粘血症的临床疗效。方法观察20例入组患者治疗前后的临床疗效以及血液流变学指标,以及对纤维蛋白原水平的影响。结果60％患者治疗后临床症状明显改善,40％患者部分症状改善,东菱克栓酶使用后血液流变学指标中血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原均有显著降低(P＜0．01)。结论东菱克栓酶能有效改善血液病高粘状态,能有效治疗血液病合并血栓并发症。Objective To observe the effects of batroxobin in the treatment of hematologic diseases complicated with high ropiness （or thrombosis）.Methods 20 Patients were enrolled and received batroxobin for treatment and the efficacy were observed. Results The therapeutic efficacy with batroxobin were significant.Both in clinical sign and the blood rheology,the serum ropiness decrease significantly in statics（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Batroxobin is an effective medicine for the treatment of hematologic diseases with high ropiness.
