百口泉油田机抽井油基清防蜡剂的试验与应用

摘　　要：百口泉采油厂机抽井采用的水基清防蜡剂溶液热洗清蜡方法,存在着部分井清蜡周期短、热洗清蜡成本较高及清、防蜡效果差等问题。为解决常规热水清蜡方法存在的问题,在对百口泉、夏子街油田油井结蜡状况及规律分析研究的基础上,百口泉采油厂进行了油基清防蜡剂的试验工作。并在油基清防蜡剂试验取得良好效果后,在百口泉采油厂所属机抽井进行了推广。一年期的统计和分析表明,油基清防蜡技术具有很好的油井清防蜡效果,降低了清防蜡施工费用,保证了百口泉采油厂机抽井的顺利生产。In the past,the pumping well of Baikouquan oil production plant often used hot water to remove paraffin.This method is difficult to adapt to the different well,and part of oil wells appear short paraffin removing cycle,high cost and poor effect.To find a solution,on the base of research of Baikouquan and Xiazijie oil well cohere paraffin status,we have performed the oil-base paraffin removing technology test and application.The locale tests of oil-base paraffin removing technology indicates a good effect.After statistic and analysis of one year, the result indicates that the oil-base paraffin removing technology has good effect of paraffin removing and cheaper cost of task.The technology makes the pumping well of Baikouquan oil production plant go on wheels,and it will be popularized in Baikouquan oil production.
