摘 要:通过采用XRD、差热分析、SEM等手段对Li2O-ZnO-SiO2系高膨胀微晶材料的析晶和重熔进行了结构分析。分析表明,①该材料在不超过800℃析晶时,主晶相为半蜷曲状二硅酸锂和硅酸锌,次晶相为圆柱方石英;②在超过800℃以后,方石英逐步转变成三方石英成为主晶相,次晶相为二硅酸锂和硅酸锌且部分晶体重熔转变成玻璃;③重熔结构的材料整体形貌为不规则晶体结构,树性结构的二硅酸锂和硅酸锌更易成为断裂缘,这也是该材料脆性的主要原因。A structural analysis of the high expansive and mini-crystal materials of Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 system on emerging crystal and remehing crystal has been carried out with the XRD, thermal differ analyzing and SEM etc. It shows firstly that when the temperature of the material is not over 800 ℃, the main crystal phase is Li2Si2O3-ZnSiO3 with half crooked form,the hypo-crystal phase is square quartz with cylinder form. Secondly, when the temperature is over 800 ℃, the square quartz will change gradually into three square quartz and becomes the main crystal phase,the hypo-crystal phase is Li2Si2O3-ZnSiO3 with parts of it changing into glass. Finally, the whole structure of the remelted material shows an irregular crystal construction, the crystal of Li2Si2O3 ZnSiO3 with the tree structural is easy to be the sourses of broken, and this is also a main reason of the material' s hrittleness.
