摘　　要：采用高频红外碳硫分析仪对SiC粉中的含C量测定方法进行了研究,其中对试样的预处理、助熔剂、分析时间、试样用量等问题进行了探讨。试验结果表明,该方法操作简便,快速,准确,取得较为满意的效果。In this paper, method is studied on the determination of carbon in silicon carbide powder by carbon and sulfur analyzer. Some analysis conditions are discussed, such as sample pre-treatment, fluxing agent, analysis time and sample weight. It is indicated that this method is simple, quick and accurate.
