摘　　要：对停喂多维3周的两批蛋鸡群进行了现场调查和部分生理生化指标测定.主要表现产蛋率下降(41%及83.4%)、蛋壳变薄、变软、破壳蛋占10%,食欲减少、拉稀、易惊群、少部分鸡呈蹲伏姿势.实验室检验:红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量减少差异极显著(P<0.01),白细胞总数无显著变化(P>0.05),而补喂多维前后对比,淋巴细胞、异嗜粒细胞,嗜酸粒细胞和单核细胞值(%),差异极显著(P<0.01),血糖及外周血液T淋巴细胞百分率均有显著差异(P<0.05).Two flocks of laying hens deprived of multiple vitamins for 3 wk were investi-gated and analyzed for some physiological and biochemical indexes. Mainly, the affected birds were characterized by a reduction in egg production of 41 % and 83.4 %, a percentage of 10 % for thin - shelled , soft - shelled and cracked eggs, and reduced appetite , diarrhoea and startle reac-tion. Further, a few birds squatted. Laboratory examinations revealed that red blood cell count and hemoglobin content singnificantly(P<0.01)reduced, whereas total white blood cell count had no significant change (P >0. 05). Values( % ) involving lymphocytes, heterophil granulo-cytes, acidophil granulocytes and monocytes were very significantly ( P < 0. 01) different, and values for blood sugar and percent peripheral T lymphoctes cells were significantly ( P < 0.05 ) different, as compared with those determined before and after multiple vitamins were supple-mented.
