摘　　要：简要介绍了开放存取的产生背景、实现模式和特点,分析了开放存取对图书馆传统观念、信息资源建设、技术手段、服务方式以及图书馆员素质方面的影响,并探讨开放存取环境下图书馆的发展路径,提出图书馆要更新观念,有效地开发利用OA信息资源,开发和引进新的技术,创新图书馆服务,提高图书馆员的素质。The paper briefly introduces open access＇ production background, realization pattern and characteristics and analyzes open access＇ influence on the library traditional ideas, the information resource construction, the technology, the service pattern and the librarian＇s quality. Then the paper discusses library＇s developing path under open access environment from 5 aspects, those are renewing the idea, effectively developing and using the OA information resource, developing and introducing the new technology, innovating library service, improving librarian＇s quality.
