摘　　要：通过对当前高校图书馆外文期刊馆藏建设所面临问题的分析,以及国外大学图书馆的经验介绍,提出了网络文献传递服务是普通高校图书馆提高外刊保障能力的有效手段。并结合我校文献传递工作的实践,提出了提高文献传递满足率的几点建议。College libraries have some problems of foreign periodicals collection and their services. After analyzing these problems and experiences of foreign country college libraries, we think that document delivery service by the net is an effective means to ensure the guarantee of the services of foreign periodicals in college libraries. By combining document delivery practices of our college and other schools, we have suggestions to improve the efficiency of the service.
