摘  要:孟加拉经济学家尤努斯创办的“格拉明银行”,又称“乡村银行”(Grameen Bank,简称GB),通过向农民提供小额信贷的形式,有效地改变了孟加拉农村的贫困状况。经30年的发展,其运作模式已趋成熟。本文着眼于对“乡村银行”组织模式的分析,总结其成功经验和可借鉴之处。同时反思我国小额信贷组织的发展现状和不足,以期借鉴孟加拉的成功经验,使小额信贷组织在我国的新农村建设中能发挥相应的作用。The GrameenBank, established in Bangladesh in 1976 by Professor Muhammad Yunus, since then the bank has grown rapidly both in terms of coverage . It now lends to over 2. 3 million people and has become an international model for microcredit as a poverty alleviation strategy. They pursued a range of different microfinance models - GrameenBank replications, modified Grameen models, village banks, self-help groups and individual, which is important for our poverty alleviation strategy. Since 1990,some scholar have been taken part in the experiment of Grameen models, village banks in China. But most of them did not have good development. The purpose of this paper is to provide a introduction on the microfinance revolution and the Grameen Bank experience in Bangladesh, to find out the enlightenment of the microfinance models - GrameenBank. [
