摘  要:为了实现炉内温度场的实时在线监测,阐述了基于级数展开法的二维温度场的声学CT重建原理。提出了基于代数重建法(ART)的重建算法,利用少量声学数据,分别对炉膛火焰分布的几种典型模型,单峰模型、双峰模型以及四角切圆模型,进行了仿真重建。给出了重建温度场的三维显示图和等温线图,并与模型温度场做了比较,进行了误差分析,表明该算法基本可以提供炉膛截面任意点定量的温度信息。在模拟测量数据中加入一定的随机噪声,研究了测量数据误差对于重建精度的影响,验证了该算法的抗干扰能力。In order to realize the real-time monitoring of temperature field in furnace, the principle of two-dimensional temperature field reconstruction based on series expansion in acoustic computer tomography is analyzed. A reconstruction algorithm using algebraic reconstruction techniques (ART) is proposed. Three typical temperature field models, such as one-peak model, two-peaks model and comer tangential model, are simulated with only a few acoustic data respectively. The three-dimensional display and contour display of model and reconstructed temperature field are given and compareM. According to error analysis, the reconstruction algorithm can afford the temperature of any point in furnace cross-section accurately. Random noise is added to the measured data to study the influence to reconstruction. The result proves that the reconstruction algorithm is robust and effective.
